    • Orders are typically processed within 4 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
  • You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Courier Guys: Estimated delivery of 1 - 4 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs is a fixed amount which is R85, anything greater than R1000 is for free.

4. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to the following locations: South Africa only.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment.

6. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, etc. We are not liable for such delays. 7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 4 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please keep all original packaging and contact us immediately (within 14 days of receipt) with photos of the damaged package and items. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
