1. Eligibility for Returns:

This return policy applies exclusively to products that are demonstrably defective upon receipt.

"Defective" is defined as a manufacturing defect or damage that impairs the product's intended functionality.

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

This policy does not cover products that are simply unwanted, or a change of mind.

2. Return Period:

Customers must initiate a return request within 14 business days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions if your request is approved.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return package.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Inspection and Resolution:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct a thorough inspection to verify the defect.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer one of the following resolutions: 

Exchange: 

Exchange for another item of equal or greater value, subject to availability. If the new item is of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the difference. 

Replacement: 

Replacement with an identical or equivalent product, subject to availability. 

Full Refund: 

Full refund of the purchase price.

If the product is found to be in proper working order, or if the defect is due to customer error, the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

5. Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and approving the returned product.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
